How do I delete a draft profile?
From MY SALES, select DRAFT SALES from the ACTIVE SALES dropdown menu. Place your cursor over the profile you wish to delete and select END PROCESS.
How do I save edits to a draft profile?
Please click on the button at the bottom of the section of the profile you have edited.
How do I upload files to attach to a profile section?
Please click the sub-heading to open the content editor for the profile sub-section, and click SELECT FILE(S). (File uploads are only permitted for sub-sections with the SELECT FILE(S) button.)
How do I add a PDF document to a profile section?
To include a page from a PDF document in a profile section, export that page to an image file. PNG is the recommended image file type. After that, please click the sub-heading to open the content editor for the profile sub-section, and click on the insert/edit image icon in the content editor tools.
To include a PDF document as an attachment to a profile sub-section, click SELECT FILE(S). This option is available for multi-page PDF files and is only permitted for sub-sections with the SELECT FILE(S) button.
How do I make a draft sale an active sale?
Complete the required fields in Asset Overview, Transaction Overview, Proposal Requirements and Access, and then click SUBMIT.
